＊預付訂房住宿保證金，但取消訂房規定如下：(匯款者須先扣除銀行退匯款手續費 )
1：入住日當天取消訂房者，扣總房價金額100% 。
2：入住前1日到3日前取消者，扣總房價金額 50%(限改一次，但須扣除相關作業手續費用) 。 
3：入住前4日到8日前取消者，扣總房價金額 30% (限改一次，但須扣除相關作業手續費用)。
4：入住前9日取消者，飯店得收取預付訂房金額之10%手續費，但須扣除相關作業手續費用))。
5：入住前10日以上取消者,，飯店不收取預付訂房金額 (但須扣除銀行退匯款手續費)。
6：如飯店要求全程保證入住(展期、寒暑假、春節、特殊日期…等)時，則不接受退費與更改訂房內容。
7:預訂之住宿日，若遇本飯店所在地發生不可抗拒因素，如因地震導致交通中斷，
或中央氣象局發佈陸上颱風警報，請於入住日起三日內（含當日）與訂房組聯絡，
本飯店將更改您的訂房記錄並保留您預付之訂金三個月
