The security deposit collected for room reservation follows the “Standard Form Contract Template for Individual Traveler Room Reservation as modified and announced by Tourism Accommodation No. 1060600630 from the Tourism Bureau on July 21st, 2017.”
I. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 14 days before the check-in date (excluding) will get a complete refund on the deposit already paid.
II. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 10 to 13 days before the check-in date (excluding) will get a 70% refund on the deposit already paid.
III. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 7 to 9 days before the check-in date (excluding) will get a 50% refund on the deposit already paid.
IV. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 4 to 6 days before the check-in date (excluding) will get a 40% refund on the deposit already paid.
V. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 2 to 3 days before the check-in date (excluding) will get a 30% refund on the deposit already paid.
VI. Notification of cancelation of room reservation 1 day before the check-in date (excluding) will get a 20% refund on the deposit already paid.
VII. Notification of cancelation of room reservation on the check-in date or did not notify the room cancellation will not get a refund on the deposit already paid.
